The patient Face Sheet provides a convenient single page view of the patient’s medical information.
Any data added or deleted within the Face Sheet will be reflected throughout eMedRec.
The Face Sheet contains the following information:

1. Problem List
2. Medication List
3. Patient Photo
4. Allergies
5. Procedure List
6. Vitals
|
7. Health Summary
8. Health Maintenance
9. Data Flows
10. Advanced Directives
11. Immunizations
|
There are three options to open the Face Sheet:
1. Click the Face icon; 
2. Press the F9 function key;
3. Click View - Facesheet
