Faxing in eMedRec

ActFax or Zetafax integration is required to use the Fax on Demand feature.

To Fax the current document Click the Fax icon, Select File - Fax, or Click Ctrl +F and the Fax on Demand dialog box will open.
Users may also Right Click on a document and select Fax.

Fax numbers that are associated with the patient are listed. You may add or delete from this list and Submit the Fax to the fax server if installed. The Fax on Demand function is an optional feature. eMedRec integrates with Zetafax by Equisys or ActFax for this feature.

If the patient does not have any listing in the dialog box then desired recipients are added. 
Referring physicians may be added to the referring doctors list by clicking the Doctors icon in the Fax on demand window.
