When the patient is at an office visit print out a user name and password for them to use by clicking the menu item
Document - PHR User Map
Enter the patient email address, practice doctor, and preferred method of contact.
The userid is automatically assigned, but you can change that.
Click Print and give the patient the document.
The printout will include the Portal Website address and a request that the user change their password.
When entering the portal the patient enters their user name and password as shown.
The opening page includes the patient demographic information, Problems, Medications, Allergies, and Physicians.
The first time the patient logs in the request to change password is at the top of the page.
