At the top of the ePrescribing window is an indicator that there are pending Prior Authorizations. Click on that link to open CoverMyMeds and process these requests. 
The CoverMyMeds window opens where you can process the Prior Authorization requests. See the attached User Guide from CoverMyMeds for further details.
