Enterprise Scanning for eMedRec systems

Holt Systems has the experience to eliminate paper charts and insert the contents into the EMR.

Paper charts are prepared for scanning by removing stapes and sticky notes
and then assembling the contents by Tab structure with bar coded cover sheets.
All patient chart contents are tracked throughout the process for instant access if needed.

The resulting bar-coded stacks are then scanned on enterprise level scanners.

High speed scanners insert the records in the proper patient chart by appropriate tab.
The end result is all prior patient records available to all staff instantly, even from remote locations.
