The eMedRec Toolbar includes icons for manipulating the chart view and accessing program functions.
When the entire Toolbar is exposed, it appears as below by default:
View Icons
The icons that control the page being viewed are shown below:

Back / Next |
Pages through the documents within a tab. |

Clear |
Closes the patient chart. |
|
Edit |
Utilized to make changes to Lists and Notes. |

Rotate |
Rotates the document clockwise and counter-clockwise. To save the change; select Page from the Menu bar then click Modify Image to save the change. |

Zoom In / Zoom Out |
Enlarges or shrinks the image in the viewer pane. |
|
Fit Height / Fit Width |
Resizes the image to fit the height or width of the view pane. |
|
Sign Off |
Sign off of Workflow Documents. The signing off of Notes is also completed in Workflow. |

Rearrange the Toolbar
The Toolbar is completely customizable. The User may rearrange or remove, if desired, any of the Function icons.
Pull the Toolbar open at a separator.
Double click on the empty spot to the right of Appt to open the dialog box in order to make changes.
Select icons and click Remove if they are to be hidden. Items may be rearranged by clicking
Move Up and Move Down.
Reset to bring back all previously removed icons.
NOTE: Toolbar preferences are workstation specific.
