The documents that can be located under Tabs in the electronic patient chart are as varied
as those which can be found in a paper chart.
Views of data from other sources may be included under eMedRec Tabs - including digital scans.
The following graphic depicts a typical test result that may be found in a patient chart.
Note that screen graphics throughout are minimized for documentation purposes.
